Demonstrations
Karate USA has a Demonstration team composed of students who earn credit for participating in karate demonstrations. If your church group, school or civic group would like to schedule a demonstration, please call 865-2000 for more information.

Children's Programs
We have a variety of special programs that are aimed at our "Karate Kids" (ages 7 to 15) and "Mighty Mights" (ages 4 to 7).
Stranger Awareness and Home Rules for Children programs are strongly emphasized at the studio.
Adult Programs
Adults classes-- Emphasis on practical self-defense techniques and physical fitness. Adults also participate in the evening classes,
which are split apart by rank.
Karate Camp -
Karate Camp this summer will be Monday thru Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
All children, ages 5-12 are welcome, Karate USA members and non-members.
Participants will need to bring their lunch or money for pizza/burgers.
Karate uniforms (gi's) will not be required. Those participants who have gi's may wear them (they may want to bring clothes to
change into after camp). We will be watching videos, learning karate techniques & self-defense, running obstacle courses,
playing games, learning about nutrition, and developing demonstration techniques.
We will also have martial arts drills and many more activities.
The cost will be $80.00 per child.

Bring your friends! You do not have to be a Karate USA student to attend!
We will be learning Martial Arts techniques, playing games such as karate hockey and karate baseball, watching martial arts videos, art work, story time, and having lots of fun!
